These interactive monthly events, each with a distinct theme, are delivered in a 90-minute workshop-style format. Yin Yoga, a mindful practice, fosters relaxation and tension release. You’ll hold poses for 1-5 minutes, with the freedom to adjust each posture to your body’s needs. The session concludes with a sound meditation, followed by a chance to connect over herbal tea and refreshments.

- Bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice
