I’m Rebecca Hannan, and I invite you to join me for my signature Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation experience. These events are held monthly; each has a specific theme and is delivered in a 2-hour workshop-style format. Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice that encourages relaxation and tension release. Poses are held for 1-5 minutes; you can adjust them to suit your unique body. The event concludes with a 30-minute sound meditation, herbal tea, and refreshments.
By combining Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation into your practice, you can reap a multitude of benefits, including:

- The minimum group fee is $300, or 4 participants
- $75 per person
- All props and equipment provided
- Bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice
- Additional fees apply if you would like Rebecca to travel to your accommodation
