The ultimate fusion of Yang yoga (active) and Yin yoga (passive)
Your Yin-Yasa experience begins with gentle flow yoga incorporating basic yoga poses to warm your body, build strength, and connect your breath to mindful movements. The session ends with yin yoga. Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that is highly beneficial and suitable for all levels. It is a methodical and gradual form of yoga that concentrates on the innermost layers of your body, including your fascia and the tissues that connect your joints, which leads to the relaxation of your muscles and the release of tension. Each pose is held for 1-5 minutes, during which you are encouraged to discover a position suitable for your body.
All props and equipment are provided.
The group size is kept intimate to ensure you receive the utmost attention, with only 4-10 people.
Since spaces are limited, booking in advance is essential.

Private group bookings are available for up to 10 participants, please note the following conditions apply:
- The minimum group fee is $220, or 4 participants
- $55 per person
- All props and equipment provided
- Bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice
- Additional fees apply if you would like Rebecca to travel to your accommodation
